We ship nationwide across Malaysia. Orders over RM150 qualify for free shipping; a flat rate applies to smaller orders. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied, unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@houseofhamman.com with your order number.
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
